The Hotel Galvez has a stunning property with a charming atmosphere and offers beautiful live music at the bar. However, the room sizes can be incredibly tight, which made our evenings uncomfortable. The staff was generally helpful, but responsiveness in emergencies needs improvement. Overall, it's good for events and a getaway but not without significant shortcomings.
